  • What are your opening hours?

    Monday  | 10am - 6pm

    Tuesday – Wednesday  |  10am - 4pm

    Thursday – Sunday  |  10am - 6pm

     

  • Can I request a certain therapist?

    Absolutely - just let us know when you make your booking.

  • What happens if I'm late to my appointment?

    Depending on how late you are, your treatment will begin as soon as you arrive and may be cut short due to other bookings.

  • Do I pay full price if I'm more than 15 minutes late?

    Yes - we will try our best to fit in your entire treatment if possible but you will be charged the full treatment price.

  • Can I return products?

    Yes you can return unopened products with a receipt within 14 days of purchase.

  • Can I bring alcohol to my spa party

    No, our license does not allow for anyone to bring their own alcohol to the Spa.
